11. Can I register myself in the company without having to go through an investor-promotor (sponsor) who is already in it?
No, you can only register yourself by being invited by another investor-promotor, using the user link.
12. If I don’t have a sponsor, what do I have to do to register myself in the Company?
You must look for a Sponsor and you will find one, in the email you will have received informing you about the Company. If you were to lose the email, you can find an investor-promotor who advertise themselves in any search engine on the internet.
For professional ethics, the Company will never give you a sponsor.
13. Can I register myself, and without having invested, sponsor new investors and/or promotors and earn money for their commissions?
No, to generate commissions in your organization, your account must be active. For this, it is necessary to have invested at least 100USD.

3. What is “Available Balance”
It is the result of summing up:

2. Your earnings from the Career Plan
Your “available balance” is at your disposition every month.
It is visible for the Investor-Promotor at the top right hand side of your web page, once you have introduced your User and Password.
You can also see it in the section “Deposits”, where you will be able to decide what to do with your balance: reinvest it, withdraw it or pass it over to another account.
4. How do I get paid my balance?
From the section “Deposits”, you will observe in the left hand margen of your page, a section that indicates “Withdraw available balance”.
Write the amount you wish to withdraw aswell as how you wish to receive it: bank transfer or ATM card that the Company distributes.
In a few days you will receive your money in the way you chose to receive it.
5. Should I declare this income before the Treasury Department in my country?
The law on this is very clear in all countries. All entries of any type, be it from a physical or a juridicial person, should be declared so that the corresponding taxes can be paid.
Therefore, we advise you consult your legal adviser because each country has a different fiscality and complies with its fiscal obligations.
Evolution Market Group, Inc., is not, and can not be made, responsible for the investors commitment to paying their fiscal obligations.
6. Can I pass money over from my account to that of another investor (or receive it) ?
Yes, the money you have available at that moment in “available balance” can be passed over to the account of the promotor of your choice. You can also receive it in the same way.
7. How can I see the breakdown of my deposits and of my accumulated profits?
You can see them under the section “My Investments”
8. Can I reinvest my earnings from my account, or do I have to withdraw them first?
The payment of your earnings (profits and commissions) will be paid into the section “available balance” of your web page, where you will be able to decide whether you want to withdraw or invest it, or withdraw a certain amount and reinvest the rest.
9. Is there a minimum of USD to be able to reinvest, withdraw or pass over to another investor?
Yes, to be able to reinvest you must have at least 50 USD in your account..
To be able to withdraw or pass over to another investor, you must have 100 USD.
10. Is it necessary to reinvest my profits manually every month or is there another way of doing it so that it is done automatically?
Under the section “My Investments” you can choose the option “Automatic Reinvestment 6 Months”, and in this case you won’t have to do anything until 6 months has passed.
If you choose this option, you should know that your estimated maximum profit to be earned at the end of the period will be given an extra monthly point (1%) .
11. I have seen in the section “Detailed Movements” that an amount is deducted. Why is this?
This only happens if, at the end of the month, the Company has not reached the “Estimated Maximum Profits” that they offer in their different plans.
Under the section “My Investments” at the beginning of the month, the % of the Estimated Maximum Profits will be calculated.
The amount deducted, - the re-adjustment – is the equivalent to the difference that exists between the Estimated Maximum Profits – ie, what we hoped to obtain and which are detailed in the different plans – and the Real Profit Obtained – ie, what has really been obtained that month.
12. How can I know if your page is safe/real or not?
At the beginning of the link on our page you will be able to see https, this prooves that our page has a Security Certificate SSL 128, which is the maximum level of security.
13. In how many languages is the information and attention service in?

d. The Payment of Deposits
1. How can I invest my money with you?
You can make a bank transfer to the account of the Company that is in the web page, under the section “deposits”, or you can send it via Money Gram or Western Union.
2. What amounts can be sent via bank transfers?
The minimum you can send to activate your account is 100 USD. Take into account that you have to pay the transfer costs, so you have to calculate the amount that will arrive to our account.
3. How much USD can I send via Western Union, Moneygram?
Payments through Moneygram or Western Union are for exceptional cases and are for amounts of 100 to 300 USD.

4. I have made my investment. Now what?
Very important: When you have made your deposit, you must communicate this to us immediately, through the section “Deposits” under the subheading “Inform Deposits Made”, situated in the upper part of the page.
Soon you should see, in the same section, the “activation/authorization date of the deposit”, this means that as from the day mentioned, your money is being used in the Forex Market, and is therefore generating profit.
5. In which currency should I send my money?
You should send the money to the Company’s account in USA Dollars, and so it is important to let the bank employee know this when you are about to make to transfer.
The transfer charges are always charged to the investor, and the amount that gets to us after deducting this is what we will authorize in your account, you will be able to see this in your web page or in “back office”.
6. Once I have my deposit authorized in my account, that means that it is generating profit?
No, you still have one more step to follow. Your investment will go directly to “available balance” on your web page and you have to choose in which plan you want to put it.
7. Where are my funds deposited?
The investors funds are sent firstly to our bank account (see web page) and from there, each week they are sent to our Broker in Switzerland-first Market Place in the world.
8. How many despoits can I make per month?
You can make as many deposits as you like.
9. Is it obligatory to invest a certain amount of money a month?
No, the only requirement is that you invest a minimum of 100 USD.
10. Where are the investors funds invested?
The funds are invested in Forex, or in other words, the International Foreign Exchange Market.
11. What journey will my deposit take from its transfer to Finanzas Forex until it is used in Forex?
You will make the transfer to the Company’s account, which is described in your web page. Each time you wish to make a transfer please use this section.
Once we receive your deposit we will transfer it to our Broker along with the rest of the deposits made. This is done once a week.
This means that those deposits made before the Tuesday of each month will be authorized in their account the following Monday-provided there are no incidents or errors when sending the transfer.
12. How long does it take to authorize my deposit?
The time, under normal circumstances, until your deposit has been authorized, is two working weeks. Any authorization that takes longer than that is probably due to errors or incidents.
13. What should I do if an incident has occurred with my deposit?
If after two working weeks your deposit has still not been activated under the section “My Investments” in your back office of your web you should notify it by writing to soporte@finanzasforex.com.
Your notification should include the details of your transfer and the scanned proof of transfer/deposit.
As soon as Support confirms the information and all is correct your deposit will be given an activation date.
14. What is the Activation date?
It is the date in which your investment will take effect, and so will be authorized.
15. In which currency should the deposit be sent?
It will be sent in the currency of the country from where the deposit is made, but you should notify the bank/financial entity that makes the transfer that it has to arrive to our account in American Dollars. This is important as if it is not done this way an incident will occur, causing unnecessary delays.
e. Getting Paid Your Earnings.
1. What do we consider to be Earnings?
It is the sum of the profit on your investment, plus the commissions and bonuses obtained in the Career Plan.
The Company has made your earnings available to see under the section “Available Balance”.
2. How will I percieve my earnings?
You should request them under the section “Deposits” in the subheading given for this. Once you have indicated the amount, you should indicate the way in which you want to receive your earnings.
3. Which ways can I get paid my earnings?
By bank transfer, or by the ATM Cards that the Company distrubutes. To obtain one request one in the back office of your web.
4. If I receive it through a bank transfer, how much commission does the bank take?
Depending on the country of the receiving bank, each bank takes different commissions. With respect to the emitting bank, you should find out what commission is established (this depends on the country and bank)
In any case, thanks to the profit gained the in first month, these charges will be more than redeemed.
5. In which currency will I receive my earnings?
We will send them in USD and your bank will pay you in the currency you desire.
6. Do I have to request the earnings that are generated?
You can leave them all the time you wish. To be paid them you should request them in the section “deposits”.
7. Can I participate in other mlm’s?
Of course you can, the Company has no inconveniances for you to do this, although those promotors who form part of other mlm businesses, or network markets-whatever their market-will not be able to benefit from the privileges of the Career Plan, but from the commissions generated in their Organization they will.
These privileges are: Leader Privilege, Premium Bonus, Elegance Bonus and Leadership Bonus.
They will also not be allowed to assist any Event that Finanzas Forex organise.
8. How will Finanzas Forex know when a promotor is participating in another mlm?
Finanzas Forex will only take away those privileges in the moment they can demonstrate, with the necessary proof, that a promotor is participating in another mlm.
f. The Investments
1. Are my deposits guaranteed?
The Forex Market, which is the market we operate in, is a variable profit market, where you can not, and so is not permitted, guarantee either invested capital or the profits obtained from it.
It is the same case for shares, investment funds or other financial investment products where the profit is variable and the invested capital can not be guaranteed, or the profit obtained from it.
What we can guarantee is absolute professionalism from our expert operators and traders and in out investment strategy, this being conserved, taking on the minimum amout of risks so that our investors money is rarely exposed.
2. Can the monthly profits drop?
The profit we offer according to the invested amount, is the “maximum estimated”, as we operate in a variable profit market where you can not, and and so is not permitted, guarantee either invested capital or the profits obtained from it.
Either way, our profits are very accurate to our estimations, thanks to investment strategies adopted by our expert traders, obtaining each month between 80 and 100% of the estimated maximum profit.
3. When will my money obtain profit?
Your investment will start generating profit in the moment it starts operating in the Forex Market.
This will happen when our Broker confirms that your deposit is in your account and is available for him to work with. From this moment onwards we say that your deposit is “authorized” or “”activated”.
4. Are my deposits available at any time?
Your deposit has a period of 6 months, in which you will not be able to withdraw it. This is not the same for your profits, which are 100% vailable all month round.

It is the result of summing up:

Your “available balance” is at your disposition every month.
It is visible for the Investor-Promotor at the top right hand side of your web page, once you have introduced your User and Password.
You can also see it in the section “Deposits”, where you will be able to decide what to do with your balance: reinvest it, withdraw it or pass it over to another account.
4. How do I get paid my balance?
From the section “Deposits”, you will observe in the left hand margen of your page, a section that indicates “Withdraw available balance”.
Write the amount you wish to withdraw aswell as how you wish to receive it: bank transfer or ATM card that the Company distributes.
In a few days you will receive your money in the way you chose to receive it.
5. Should I declare this income before the Treasury Department in my country?
The law on this is very clear in all countries. All entries of any type, be it from a physical or a juridicial person, should be declared so that the corresponding taxes can be paid.
Therefore, we advise you consult your legal adviser because each country has a different fiscality and complies with its fiscal obligations.

6. Can I pass money over from my account to that of another investor (or receive it) ?
Yes, the money you have available at that moment in “available balance” can be passed over to the account of the promotor of your choice. You can also receive it in the same way.
7. How can I see the breakdown of my deposits and of my accumulated profits?
You can see them under the section “My Investments”
8. Can I reinvest my earnings from my account, or do I have to withdraw them first?
The payment of your earnings (profits and commissions) will be paid into the section “available balance” of your web page, where you will be able to decide whether you want to withdraw or invest it, or withdraw a certain amount and reinvest the rest.
9. Is there a minimum of USD to be able to reinvest, withdraw or pass over to another investor?
Yes, to be able to reinvest you must have at least 50 USD in your account..
To be able to withdraw or pass over to another investor, you must have 100 USD.
10. Is it necessary to reinvest my profits manually every month or is there another way of doing it so that it is done automatically?
Under the section “My Investments” you can choose the option “Automatic Reinvestment 6 Months”, and in this case you won’t have to do anything until 6 months has passed.
If you choose this option, you should know that your estimated maximum profit to be earned at the end of the period will be given an extra monthly point (1%) .
11. I have seen in the section “Detailed Movements” that an amount is deducted. Why is this?
This only happens if, at the end of the month, the Company has not reached the “Estimated Maximum Profits” that they offer in their different plans.
Under the section “My Investments” at the beginning of the month, the % of the Estimated Maximum Profits will be calculated.
The amount deducted, - the re-adjustment – is the equivalent to the difference that exists between the Estimated Maximum Profits – ie, what we hoped to obtain and which are detailed in the different plans – and the Real Profit Obtained – ie, what has really been obtained that month.
12. How can I know if your page is safe/real or not?
At the beginning of the link on our page you will be able to see https, this prooves that our page has a Security Certificate SSL 128, which is the maximum level of security.
13. In how many languages is the information and attention service in?
Our web, aswell as our Support Service, is in spanish, english, italian, french and soon in german and portuguese
d. The Payment of Deposits
1. How can I invest my money with you?
You can make a bank transfer to the account of the Company that is in the web page, under the section “deposits”, or you can send it via Money Gram or Western Union.
2. What amounts can be sent via bank transfers?
The minimum you can send to activate your account is 100 USD. Take into account that you have to pay the transfer costs, so you have to calculate the amount that will arrive to our account.
3. How much USD can I send via Western Union, Moneygram?
Payments through Moneygram or Western Union are for exceptional cases and are for amounts of 100 to 300 USD.

4. I have made my investment. Now what?
Very important: When you have made your deposit, you must communicate this to us immediately, through the section “Deposits” under the subheading “Inform Deposits Made”, situated in the upper part of the page.
Soon you should see, in the same section, the “activation/authorization date of the deposit”, this means that as from the day mentioned, your money is being used in the Forex Market, and is therefore generating profit.
5. In which currency should I send my money?
You should send the money to the Company’s account in USA Dollars, and so it is important to let the bank employee know this when you are about to make to transfer.
The transfer charges are always charged to the investor, and the amount that gets to us after deducting this is what we will authorize in your account, you will be able to see this in your web page or in “back office”.
6. Once I have my deposit authorized in my account, that means that it is generating profit?
No, you still have one more step to follow. Your investment will go directly to “available balance” on your web page and you have to choose in which plan you want to put it.
7. Where are my funds deposited?
The investors funds are sent firstly to our bank account (see web page) and from there, each week they are sent to our Broker in Switzerland-first Market Place in the world.
8. How many despoits can I make per month?
You can make as many deposits as you like.
9. Is it obligatory to invest a certain amount of money a month?
No, the only requirement is that you invest a minimum of 100 USD.
10. Where are the investors funds invested?
The funds are invested in Forex, or in other words, the International Foreign Exchange Market.
11. What journey will my deposit take from its transfer to Finanzas Forex until it is used in Forex?
You will make the transfer to the Company’s account, which is described in your web page. Each time you wish to make a transfer please use this section.
Once we receive your deposit we will transfer it to our Broker along with the rest of the deposits made. This is done once a week.
This means that those deposits made before the Tuesday of each month will be authorized in their account the following Monday-provided there are no incidents or errors when sending the transfer.
12. How long does it take to authorize my deposit?
The time, under normal circumstances, until your deposit has been authorized, is two working weeks. Any authorization that takes longer than that is probably due to errors or incidents.
13. What should I do if an incident has occurred with my deposit?
If after two working weeks your deposit has still not been activated under the section “My Investments” in your back office of your web you should notify it by writing to soporte@finanzasforex.com.
Your notification should include the details of your transfer and the scanned proof of transfer/deposit.
As soon as Support confirms the information and all is correct your deposit will be given an activation date.
14. What is the Activation date?
It is the date in which your investment will take effect, and so will be authorized.
15. In which currency should the deposit be sent?
It will be sent in the currency of the country from where the deposit is made, but you should notify the bank/financial entity that makes the transfer that it has to arrive to our account in American Dollars. This is important as if it is not done this way an incident will occur, causing unnecessary delays.
e. Getting Paid Your Earnings.
1. What do we consider to be Earnings?
It is the sum of the profit on your investment, plus the commissions and bonuses obtained in the Career Plan.
The Company has made your earnings available to see under the section “Available Balance”.
2. How will I percieve my earnings?
You should request them under the section “Deposits” in the subheading given for this. Once you have indicated the amount, you should indicate the way in which you want to receive your earnings.
3. Which ways can I get paid my earnings?
By bank transfer, or by the ATM Cards that the Company distrubutes. To obtain one request one in the back office of your web.
4. If I receive it through a bank transfer, how much commission does the bank take?
Depending on the country of the receiving bank, each bank takes different commissions. With respect to the emitting bank, you should find out what commission is established (this depends on the country and bank)
In any case, thanks to the profit gained the in first month, these charges will be more than redeemed.
5. In which currency will I receive my earnings?
We will send them in USD and your bank will pay you in the currency you desire.
6. Do I have to request the earnings that are generated?
You can leave them all the time you wish. To be paid them you should request them in the section “deposits”.
7. Can I participate in other mlm’s?
Of course you can, the Company has no inconveniances for you to do this, although those promotors who form part of other mlm businesses, or network markets-whatever their market-will not be able to benefit from the privileges of the Career Plan, but from the commissions generated in their Organization they will.
These privileges are: Leader Privilege, Premium Bonus, Elegance Bonus and Leadership Bonus.
They will also not be allowed to assist any Event that Finanzas Forex organise.
8. How will Finanzas Forex know when a promotor is participating in another mlm?
Finanzas Forex will only take away those privileges in the moment they can demonstrate, with the necessary proof, that a promotor is participating in another mlm.
f. The Investments
1. Are my deposits guaranteed?
The Forex Market, which is the market we operate in, is a variable profit market, where you can not, and so is not permitted, guarantee either invested capital or the profits obtained from it.
It is the same case for shares, investment funds or other financial investment products where the profit is variable and the invested capital can not be guaranteed, or the profit obtained from it.
What we can guarantee is absolute professionalism from our expert operators and traders and in out investment strategy, this being conserved, taking on the minimum amout of risks so that our investors money is rarely exposed.
2. Can the monthly profits drop?
The profit we offer according to the invested amount, is the “maximum estimated”, as we operate in a variable profit market where you can not, and and so is not permitted, guarantee either invested capital or the profits obtained from it.
Either way, our profits are very accurate to our estimations, thanks to investment strategies adopted by our expert traders, obtaining each month between 80 and 100% of the estimated maximum profit.
3. When will my money obtain profit?
Your investment will start generating profit in the moment it starts operating in the Forex Market.
This will happen when our Broker confirms that your deposit is in your account and is available for him to work with. From this moment onwards we say that your deposit is “authorized” or “”activated”.
4. Are my deposits available at any time?
Your deposit has a period of 6 months, in which you will not be able to withdraw it. This is not the same for your profits, which are 100% vailable all month round.
5. After 6 months of my investment, how will I be able to withdraw my deposit?
After 6 months you can request your money via email to Soporte@finanzasforex.com and they will transfer to your current account anywhere in the world, or to the ATM Card that the Company distributes.
g. The Career Plan.
1. Apart from my deposits, the reinvestments that the investors/promotors make in my Organization, generate benefits for me?
Yes, according to the objectives reached by you in Own Investments and in your first Level Investments.

What requirements do you need to be an “Organization Leader” and be able to win these rewards?
Only three:
1. You have to have reached the “Executive” range

7. What is the process when you win the Bonus Reward?
Once you have reached the title “Organization Leader” you have the right to a Bonus Reward. Once you have this title you should request the reward from the company.
